2. Ordering

Once you have decided to place an order with us, you are only a few steps away from your new furniture!

At the bottom of every product description, you will find the button “Add to order form”. Just above this button, you can select the size you would like and other features. By clicking the button, the article will be added to the order form, which is subsequently shown to you.

If you would like to change the number of articles you would like to order, simply type the number into the appropriate box and click “Update”.

To delete an article from the order form, place a tick in the box in the first column next to the article name and click “Update”.

If you would like to order more items, you can continue shopping. You can view your order form at any time by clicking “Order form” in the right-hand corner at the bottom of every page.

Once you have selected all the items you would like to purchase, click “Send order”.

You will then be taken to the page “Register”.

Here, click on the button “Continue” under the point “Order without registering”.

Enter address
On the following page, enter your invoice address and press “Continue”

Select shipping method
On the next page, “Shipping information”, a variety of dispatch methods is shown. Select your desired shipping method by clicking on it.
If your delivery address is not the same as your invoice address, you can enter your delivery address by clicking on the “Change address” button in the top left-hand corner.
If you have any comments you wish to add with regard to your order, you can enter these in the relevant box. These will then be transmitted to us together with your order.

Select payment method
Now click “Continue” and you will be taken to the “Payment methods” page.
Here, you may choose from advance payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery. If you choose to pay in advance by bank transfer, you will receive a 3% discount on your order.

Please now read our General Business and Conditions and Terms of Delivery and accept these by ticking the box in the bottom left-hand corner of the page.

By pressing “Continue” you will be taken to the next page, where you will have a chance to check your order in full detail.

Send order
Once you are happy that all the details are correct, press the “Send order” button at the bottom of the page.
